SwiftSaleApp™ is a Windows desktop app that streamlines your live-show workflow: during your Whatnot broadcast, you copy each winning username (from the live-show UI) with a simple double click action and SwiftSaleApp™ auto-pastes it into the username field, assigns the next bin number, timestamps the sale, and logs everything—no manual typing or post-show cleanup.

Download SwiftSaleAppInstaller.exe from this link, double-click to install, and follow the prompts. Once installed, launch SwiftSale.exe from your desktop or Start menu.

Core features like bin assignment and show logging work offline. Internet is only required for Stripe or Telegram integration.

SwiftSaleApp™ enforces your tier’s max bins (20 for Trial; 50/150/300 for paid plans). Once you hit that limit, the “Add Bidder” button disables to prevent over-assigning. First ensure you're connected to the internet then simply click Upgrade and choose a tier and complete checkout. The program will automatically update with your new tier and bin allotment. Upgrade or downgrade at any time.

No—giveaway winners are not often actual auction purchases and often a pain to copy as they function in a separate window and are only visible for a short period of time. We recommend refraining from recording giveaways during the show. SwiftSaleApp™ will auto-assign bins to paying winners, ensuring your post-show printed labels remain perfectly sequential (1–300). Remove or pass over any giveaway entries in your label workflow afterward, if needed.

SwiftSaleApp™ exports your data as CSV. Then in your seller hub Click > Shipments > Generate Labels > Ascending > By first order > Click Generate. Once completed click on Print Labels (A window opens and your labels will show as a pdf file) click the download arrow to download the .pdf. Finally, import that .pdf into SwiftSale App by clicking on Annotate Labels Button within the SwiftSale App. SwiftSale App will then automatically parse each label, match usernames to bin numbers and print matching bin number to each label. A window will appear, save your new annotated labels and open them. Now just print them as you normally would. Now your Whatnot labels will include a Bin number on each label that matches the one they were assigned during the show.

Click “Export CSV” to download each record (username, bin, qty, weight, giveaway flag, timestamp). To replay a past show, use the “Import CSV” feature—select a previous export and SwiftSaleApp™ will rebuild the exact bin assignments and log.

Yes—enter your bot token and chat ID in Settings. SwiftSaleApp™ can post “Bin 12 → @winnerName” alerts to your Telegram group for real-time team coordination.

Bin-assignment and logging run locally, so no data is moved. Stripe checkouts and Telegram alerts will retry automatically once you’re back online.

Open the Subscription tab, select a new plan, and complete the Stripe checkout. Your bin limit updates instantly—no restart or reinstall required.

1️⃣ Download & Install

Click “Download” — your system may warn you, click “Keep Anyway”
Locate SwiftSaleApp_3.1_installer.exe in your Downloads folder
Double-click to run, leave install directory as-is
Check “Create Desktop Icon” and optionally add to Start Menu

2️⃣ Activate DoubleClickCopy

This enables lightning-fast username copying during your show:

Leave the app open
Navigate to: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\SwiftSaleApp\_internal\helpers
Double-click DoubleClickCopy.exe

3️⃣ Prepare for Your Show

Open your Whatnot show in a browser. Then:

Resize your browser window to 1/3 of your screen
Place SwiftSaleApp on the other 2/3
This gives you side-by-side access while selling live

4️⃣ Assign Bins in Real Time

To log buyers and assign bins:

Double-click a buyer’s username in Whatnot → it’s copied automatically
Click the Add Bidder field → auto-pastes the name
Click Add Bidder → SwiftSale assigns the next available bin

Each buyer keeps their assigned bin throughout the show. Gold Tier users get up to 300 bins (soon to be unlimited).

5️⃣ Annotate Your Whatnot Labels

After your show ends:

Download your label PDF from Whatnot
Open SwiftSaleApp → click “Annotate Labels”
Select your PDF and output folder
